Commission is paid out quarterly via PayPal only, please request payment by email to
[email protected]. Commission is calculated on NET SALES after discounts and returns and does not include commission on shipping fees. We DO NOT approve discount sites and other review sites, only health, wellness, fitness and lifestyle affiliates will be accepted. The basic sign-up does not include an automatic discount for your network, pending sales revenue generated in the first few months, we can set you up with a custom discount at that time and under the sole discretion of ATP Labs. Commission is not granted on any link based tracking during major site wide sales.
Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate:
You must clearly and prominently state the following, or any substantially similar statement previously allowed under this Agreement, on your Site or any other location where ATP Lab may authorize your display or other use of Program Content: “As an ATP Lab Affiliate I earn from qualifying purchases.” Except for this disclosure, and other than as required by applicable law, you will not make any public communication with respect to this Agreement or your participation in the Associates Program without our advance written permission. You will not misrepresent or embellish our relationship with you (including by expressing or implying that we support, sponsor, or endorse you), or express or imply any affiliation between us and you or any other person or entity except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
